The Rear Admiral is the only figure in Series One whose costume required a second white polymer run, the rest of the line sharing a common stock. The August compliance finding lists divisional material draws that do not reconcile to Materials Directorate issue logs, and the white run is the largest single discrepancy in the period covered.

A deck crate is listed against him in the planned accessory pack. Like every other accessory on the sell sheet, it appears nowhere in the termination inventory.

His archetype is the only one the October 1994 trade clipping comes close to naming, in a passing reference to maritime tooling. The reporter names no product and no figure.
